Treated as if I'm family and always with a smile. Very comfortable as soon as I walk through the door. Staff always has my best interest at heart. Works with me by educating and introducing me with the newest product and procedures. Not trying to "just sell" me but truly open and honest opinion. I feel like I'm matter and am remembered. Love that they are always having some type of event to share newest product and procedures. Lots of great food and drink! I drive 30 minutes to get to their office but it is so worth every moment. Love the staff and of course, Dr. Sherman! He's always the professional and "bottom-line" guy! I also love the fact that they are enrolled in the Briliant Distinctions Program. I never knew about it until the girls told me it was a great way to save and receive "rewards" for future treatments and product. I have been extremely satisfied with all treatments. Dr. Sherman is a perfectionist!
